Jonny Grove
Director
As a Chartered Building Surveyor, Jonny specialises in Design, Contract Administration, Due Diligence, and Project Management. He has overseen the design and build of numerous early years, nursery and educational facilities including new builds, full refurbishments and modular classrooms.
Jonny brings over 20 years of experience in construction and building surveying, with a strong foundation in modular construction from his early career at Prestige Developments. Having held board member roles at national Construction Consultancies such as CS2, he now leads the Building Surveying Consultancy team at Drake and Partners and Multiroom Solutions.
Jonny ensures every project benefits from independent, RICS-accredited oversight, delivering practical, high-quality spaces tailored to education and childcare environments.
Paul Carver
Director
As a Commercial Property Surveyor, Paul specialises in rent reviews, lease renewals, acquisitions, asset management, planning consultancy, and facilities management. He advises nursery operators, education providers, and commercial landlords on property strategy and lease matters.
With over 40 years in the commercial property sector and more than 25 years working with early years and nursery settings, Paul brings deep expertise in supporting clients through expansion, compliance, and long-term property planning.
He was previously an owner director of a niche firm of chartered surveyors and established his own consultancy, Paul Carver Consulting, in 2015. Through this, he continues to deliver clear, strategic advice to clients in the childcare, education, and commercial property sectors.
Paul's experience ensures Multiroom Solutions clients receive grounded, expert property advice that supports sustainable and effective project outcomes.
James Peel
Consultant
As a Chartered Surveyor and MRICS member, James specialises in Quantity Surveying and Cost Management, with over 40 years of experience across both private practice and contracting organisations.
Prior to entering consultancy, James spent 15 years at CS2 as a QS Director, working across their Northampton and Milton Keynes offices. He has worked with national and international clients of varying size, at both local and national level.
James remains hands-on across the pre and post contract phases of a project. In recent years he has specialised in initial feasibility and cost planning, tendering and procurement, and the provision of Reinstatement Cost Assessments for building insurance purposes. Alongside his work with Multiroom Solutions, he provides cost management services to the Drake and Partners Building Surveying and Construction team.
James's cost expertise underpins the feasibility and viability advice that Multiroom Solutions clients rely on before committing to a project, and the tender analysis that follows.
Milo Barber
Marketing and Growth Manager
Milo leads marketing and growth at Multiroom Solutions. He is responsible for how the business presents itself, covering brand, website, digital marketing and outreach, and for making sure the consultancy is visible to the operators and providers who need it.
Before joining Multiroom, Milo founded and ran a marketing agency working with construction and property businesses across the UK, handling positioning, websites, paid advertising and lead generation. That background is why the technical side of what Multiroom does gets communicated clearly rather than buried in industry language.
He also brings a background in real estate and over seven years in sales across the UK and Dubai, which informs how the business talks to its market.
Michelle Tipler
Head of Inclusive Learning Environments
Michelle is a highly experienced SENCo and Early Years Leader with over 15 years experience in education, specialising in inclusive learning environments. At Multiroom Solutions, she provides expert consultation on the design of modular spaces that support the diverse needs of children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
Michelle works closely with our design and surveying teams to ensure every setting is accessible, adaptable, and sensory-friendly, with a focus on positive behaviour, engagement, and wellbeing. Her expertise helps shape spaces that not only meet statutory guidance but also go beyond, creating nurturing environments where every learner can thrive.

We work with nurseries, schools and education providers across Northamptonshire and the Midlands, Cambridgeshire, Oxfordshire, Nottinghamshire, Hampshire, London and the Home Counties. We travel for the right project, so a site outside that area is still worth a call.
