ABOUT US
Specialists in design focused procurement for modular buildings
Multiroom Solutions is a specialist property consultancy focused on the design, procurement, and delivery of bespoke modular buildings. We offer an independent, end to end service tailored to schools, nurseries, commercial clients, and organisations seeking high quality, sustainable, and cost effective modular spaces.
Unlike traditional suppliers tied to a single manufacturer or construction method, we act as your trusted partner and advisor, guiding you from initial feasibility through to post completion, all with complete transparency and your best interests at heart.
Our independent professional team, including RICS-accredited surveyors and chartered consultants, provides expert oversight at every stage of your project. From feasibility studies and planning applications to competitive tendering and construction management, we ensure maximum value, complete transparency, and total peace of mind throughout the journey.
We test the market across a wide range of trusted contractors and manufacturers, selecting only those whose systems best suit your site, budget, and project goals. This open market approach gives you greater flexibility, better build quality, and more control over your investment.
Whether you're planning a standalone classroom, a new nursery building, or a modular commercial space, Multiroom Solutions offers a smarter, more strategic way to deliver modular construction — on time, on budget, and built for the future.

Feasibility & Consultancy
We coordinate all necessary technical surveys, including electrical appraisals, drainage condition reports, and other due diligence. This ensures we can progress your project with confidence.

Open Market Tendering
We aren’t tied down to one supplier, instead, we test the market across our wide network of trusted contractors and manufacturers, to deliver the best value and right fit for your project.

Access to a Broader Supply Chain
Our detailed design information opens the door to high quality suppliers who might not typically tender for standard modular projects, giving you a richer choice of manufacturers, resulting in higher build standards.

Tailored to Your Site, Not a Standard Box
We select construction methods based on your specific site conditions and project goals, ensuring the solution is fit for purpose, not just what’s easiest for a single supplier to deliver.

Independent Professional Oversight
Our RICS accredited consultants and chartered surveyors provide expert guidance on design, procurement, and contract administration. This ensures complete independence, best practice, and total protection of your interests.

Built In Project Protection
With a chartered surveyor acting as Contract Administrator, you benefit from rigorous, unbiased management of design changes, cost variations, delays, and potential disputes, all handled according to contract terms and RICS standards.

Expert Guidance For The Right Choice
Our independent professional team will guide you through the options and recommend the best fit solution based on your objectives and site constraints, while always keeping your budget and project costs in mind.
